This website is a project of Open Space Institute-Russia (OSI-Russia),
which was founded October
7, 2005 by OST facilitators, Mikhail Pronin, Galina
Tsarkova, and Raffi Aftandelian. OSI-Russia was born at the Center for
Virtualistics of the Russian
Academy
for Sciences Institute of Philosophy.
OSI-Russia's seeks to promote practice, learning, and research in Open
Space Technology and sister large group intervention tools compatible with open
space values. OSI-Russia's geographic focus is the Russian-speaking world.
This website will in the future offer materials on Future Search, Appreciative
Inquiry, World Cafe, and other methods.
Membership and participation in OSI-Russia activities is open. We welcome all
with an interest in the further co-creation of this internet resource!
OSI-Russia:

practice of OST facilitators in the post-Soviet space.
supports experience-sharing in the practice of
OST and other large group intervention tools compatible with OST.
conducts research in OST and sister methods.

Institute activities
Conducting OST mentoring circles
Translation into Russian and publishing of OST
literature and books on similar tools.
Assist in organizing and conducting
international, national, regional, and local conferences, including annual Open
Space on Open Space conferences.
